What is Gender Lens Investing (GLI) and how do we embed diversity, inclusion and equality in our investment thesis. How do we apply this in business practices, strategies and operations?

MAIN’s Gender Lens Investing series will provide an accessible framework to make sense of what it means to invest for financial return while also considering the benefits to women and equip you with the tools you need to empower women in your own workplaces. The series will feature champion advocates from our network and key players in the GLI space. 

On Wednesday 29th June, learn from Amra Naidoo (General Partner and Co-founder Accelerating Asia) on the different types of impact and gender lens investing and what key metrics you should look out for. Amrah’s presentation will be followed by a thought-provoking panel discussion with Tina Nepomuceno - Di Cicco (Chairperson of MAIN's Gender Lens Investing Committee), Andrew Escaler (Executive Vice President of Pasudeco & Co Holdings Corp and Chairperson of MAIN’s ESG Committee) and Miguel Encarnacion (Managing Director of ICCP SBI Venture Partners), moderated by Marjo Reyes (Biometrics Platform Owner, BDO Unibank). By the end of the session, participants will gain a better understanding of the impact and gender lens investing landscape.
